Data Validation for TNRCC

NMNTI personnel observed Trial Burns and Risk Burns for the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission (TNRCC). The observation included the unit's operating conditions, waste feed sampling and spiking, stack sampling, recovery of samples, packaging, labeling and shipping of samples, chain of custody procedures, and CEM operations. NMNTI recorded their observations in written notes and on custom-made Observation Checklists for each method.

At the completion of the Trial Burn/Risk Burn Observation, NMNTI reviewed the facility's Trial Burn report and wrote a QA/QC Report for inclusion in the report. NMNTI also evaluated the Trial/Risk Burn test report and analytical laboratory reports for adherence to quality assurance requirements of precision and accuracy.

The program required on-schedule delivery of the RCRA Risk and Trial Burn reports. NMNTI successfully met all contract requirements, demonstrating their ability to effectively manage personnel resources using a work order type contract, similar to the EPA contract. The successful execution of the program clearly demonstrated NMNTI's ability to meet reporting and schedule requests.
